Return, Refund & Cancellation Policies

In the case of a request for cancellation of the order before delivery, Quikk shall agree with the request for cancellation of the order and refund the amount up to the Order Value to the Customer within a reasonable period, also, let us mention, the company has sole discretion to accept or reject the request for cancellation of an order, depending on the situation. Quikk also carries the entire right to ask for a cancellation fee from the purchaser.

1Cancellation by Quikk

I.It can happen at a time that Quikk store is not in a position to accept the order or cancel the order. The various reasons for the same comprises without limitation, technical errors, non-availability of the product or non-availability of the desired quantity of the product ordered by the Customer. It also includes non-availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, inaccurate particulars such as contact number, address, etc. provided by the customer, unresponsive customer, etc.
II.If the order is cancelled after payment has been charged and the customer is eligible for the refund of the order value or any part thereof following the policies.
III.Quikk’s decision of cancellation of order shall be final and we shall not be liable for such cancellation(s) whatsoever.

2Refund or Replacement

In certain cases, we may offer replacement or refund to the customer.
