The delivery charges may vary for every category and store, which can be waived off if you order above a specified least amount from the store. We don’t take any minimum order charges. The delivery charges are personalized and are mentioned on the checkout page on the website and app.
The delivery timings are different for different stores and restaurants. In some locations, our delivery services begin from 8 AM and the last order we take by 10 PM (these delivery timings are subject to local governmental restrictions if any)
Yes, you can easily change the delivery address of your order. But, make sure you can change it before placing the order.
Though our scheduled delivery time of the order is within ONE HOUR, on rare moments, due to unanticipated circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of necessity, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order.
Yes, in case of any damage, wrong product delivered, or not satisfied with the quality of the product, then you can return the products, at the time of delivery. You can also raise the query in our customer support section within 24 hours through the Quikk app or Quikk website and we will get the refund initiated for you within 4-5 working days of that particular item in your account.
